I honestly cannot recommend this clinic enough. My child recently had his circumcision here, and from the moment we walked through the doors, I felt completely reassured that I had made the right decision. Before choosing this clinic, I visited several others, but none of them gave me the same feeling of comfort and confidence. The team here were incredibly professional, welcoming and accommodating. They took the time to answer every question I had, no matter how small, and explained everything to me in such detail. As a parent, this meant so much to me because I never felt rushed or made to feel like I was asking too many questions. What really stood out was how confident and knowledgeable the staff were. You could tell they genuinely knew what they were doing, but at the same time, they were kind, patient and understanding. They made the whole experience feel much less daunting than I had imagined. The clinic itself was also completely different from anywhere else I had visited. It was calm, clean and welcoming, which created such a reassuring environment for both my child and me. Everything they did felt centred around the patient, and I could genuinely see that my child's comfort and wellbeing were their priority. I am especially grateful for the support they offered beyond the procedure itself. They made it clear that they were there to support us afterwards too, not simply until we left the clinic or until a follow-up appointment. Knowing that I could reach out if I had any concerns gave me so much peace of mind. As a parent, you naturally want the very best for your child, and choosing someone to carry out a procedure like this can feel like a huge decision. I am so glad I chose Gentle Procedures. I genuinely felt listened to, respected and cared for throughout the whole experience. I would recommend this clinic to every parent and honestly to every person I meet who is considering circumcision. We have had an excellent, professional and calming experience at TGP clinic today. Being nervous parents we felt ever so calm during the process. The discussion during and post procedure was extremely clear. We were provided with postcare items and were talked through it all. I had an excellent experience with Gentle Procedures Solihull for my young son’s circumcision. Dr Yemi Idowu, Dr Tayo Idowu and Karen were highly professional, knowledgeable and reassuring throughout. Emma Fitzsimmons and Bryce were also incredibly kind, helpful and supportive. The procedure and aftercare were handled with great care, and I felt that my son’s safety and wellbeing were always the priority. Great practice, expert doctor and friendly staff. My son’s circumcision was carried out efficiently with the pollock technique, the after care is also great.
