Every Gentle Procedures UK clinic uses the Pollock Technique, a no-scalpel, no-injection method developed by Dr Neil Pollock in Vancouver and now used by licensed clinics worldwide. Pollock Clinics report more than 200,000 procedures completed using the method to date. At our Birmingham clinic, all procedures carry the usual surgical risks. Your doctor goes through these with you in consultation, before anything is booked.
Circumcision
- Newborns, school-age boys, teens, and adult men, all seen at the same clinic
- Local anaesthetic only; no hospital admission
- Religious, cultural, medical and personal reasons are all accommodated

Vasectomy
- No surgical cut; no needle for the local anaesthetic

Specialist Men’s Surgical Care
- Frenulectomy. Releasing a tight band of skin (the frenulum) under the head of the penis can cause pain or tearing during intercourse.
- Frenuloplasty. Lengthening the frenulum while keeping the tissue intact, where a full release isn't needed.
- Combined circumcision and frenulectomy. Both are in a single appointment under one local anaesthetic.
- Skin bridge removal and adhesion release. For men who have had a circumcision elsewhere and developed adhesions or skin bridges during healing.
- Preputioplasty. Widening a tight foreskin without removing it, for men who want to avoid full circumcision.

- Men's health assessments. Full physical screen covering the markers men over 40 should be tracking.
