It really was a gentle procedure! My newborn had a circumcision done at the clinic at 3 weeks old. I was not planning on being in the room however the nurse said that my participation would be good for my son. I'm glad I was there because I was able to help in comforting him. The procedure was quickly and my son only cried for the freezing needle and not the actual procedure. The aftercare is also handled well; I called in with a question a few days later and it was answered promptly.
Procedure was very quick and staff was very friendly. It healed very nicely and we were able to send a picture instead of a follow-up appointment, which is very nice when you have a newborn and don’t have to go to an extra appointment.
To be fair, 5 star not enough to rate this amazing clinic. Don’t be hesitate to book with them and get a peace of mind staff are friendly, clean clinic and Dr Sing did amazing job, my son didn’t even cry and nothing to be worry about as they give you a clear instructions about post care and follow up after 7 days to make sure everything is going well.
I cannot recommend the Gentle Procedures Clinic highly enough! From start to finish, my experience was outstanding. The doctor was absolutely amazing-professional, reassuring, and incredibly skilled. The procedure itself was unbelievably quick and completely pain- free. I hardly noticed that I had undergone a procedure at all! Even afterward, I felt zero pain or discomfort, which was a pleasant surprise.
We took our newborn son into this clinic to be circumcised when he was two weeks old. As his mother, I felt so nervous and sick to my stomach at the thought of the procedure and I was dreading it! But everything at the clinic went very smoothly. We were checked in right away and put in a a private room immediately. The environment was very clean and quiet and the soothing music that they play made the environment very calming and peaceful as well.
The procedure was fast and painless. Everyone at the clinic is professional and welcoming. After the procedure and during my healing time any questions and concerns that I had was answered by the doctor promptly. The doctor went above and beyond to accommodate me in some small issues that I was having. Over all great experience and would recommend this clinic.
